Pet Dentistry

pets_dental_care1When a pet approaches 4 years of age, as many as 80% have dental infections caused by the build up of plaque and tartar. These infections are constantly affecting the pet’s internal organs and can take years away from your pet’s life.

We believe in the importance of a regular schedule of dental preventative care to help our pet patients live longer. Our staff are highly trained to help you with a program you can do to help prevent this insidious problem.

In addition, we recommend annual dental cleaning procedures on pets who begin to show dental plaque and tartar accumulation. Safe anesthetic procedures and blood screening tests allow us to safely perform this procedure on older pets..
